Went 4-2 with one save and a 4.91 ERA in his first professional season at Danville
Picked up his first career win with three scoreless innings, striking out four vs. Elizabethton
Recorded a four-inning save, the first of his career, on 7/15 vs. Elizabethton

2008

Notched a 6-7 record in 36 appearances (one start) for Rome
Won two of his first three decisions on 4/7 vs. Columbus and 4/20 vs. Savannah
Over a four game span from 7/2 to 7/17, Thomas registered three saves and a victory while only allowing one unearned run
